The Human Resource Management (HRM) Division of the National Water Supply and Drainage Board (NWSDB) plays a vital role in guiding and supporting nearly 8,000 employees across the organization. As the backbone of the Board’s workforce, the Division is dedicated to ensuring that every employee—from field staff to senior management—is effectively managed, supported, and empowered to deliver high-quality services to the nation.
