Registration to Water Safety Conference 2026

Registration for the Water Safety Conference 2026 will open on 1st of October 2025.
All participants are required to register to participate at the Water Safety Conference 2026. Before starting your registration, please first carefully read the Registration information below.
Early Bird registration deadline: 14.02.2026

- Welcome Reception
- Lunches (March 23 & 24 2026)
- Refreshments during coffee breaks (Morning and evening)

Registration Payment
Reduced fee / Early Bird Registration fee only applies, if both registration and payment are received before February 14, 2026.
Student’s Registration
Provide proof of student eligibility by e-mailing a copy of your student status certificate or ID card to in advance of the conference.
Bring your original student status certificate letter or ID card when you pick up your conference documents at the registration desk.
Both actions are mandatory to be eligible for a student registration. If you do not provide the student status documentation you will be charged the full registration rate
Confirmation
Participants will only receive a written confirmation from the IWA Water Safety Conference 2026 Registration Office when payment is received in full. Registration and payment will be automatically confirmed by e-mail (as a PDF document). Therefore, please indicate while registering an e-mail address, which you check frequently.
Cancellation
Until February 14, 2026: Refund of 50% of total amount paid
From February 14 to February 28, 2026: Refund of 20% of total amount paid
After February 28, 2026: No refunds are possible after this date.
Refunds will be calculated based on the date by which we receive the written cancellation notice.
IWA Country Classification
Liability, Personal Insurance and Expenses
The organizers of the IWA Water Safety Conference 2026 would like to point out that all expenses for travelling, accommodation as well as accident and illness insurance or any health related, or personal cost have to be covered in full by the participating company or by the participant. The organizers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, or for theft, loss or damage of property belonging to conference participants (or their accompanying persons), either during, or as a result of the Conference. Participants are advised to take out their own personal health and travel insurance for their trip. Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. The Organizers reserve the right to make changes and adjustments to the information in this website.
